The Walla Walla Frontier Days can trace its roots back to 1866. In 1866, the Walla Walla Agricultural Society staged a large agricultural and industrial exposition to showcase the valley crops and the latest farming methods. The Walla Walla County Fairgrounds and Fair have a storied past ~ a place “where memories are made that last a lifetime” and while the name may have changed throughout the years, this great community event and tradition lives on, creating memories for the young and the young at heart! Chief Joseph Days is honored to travel to Walla Walla to take part in this annual historic event.
